Hey I'm Rosie,
I live in Byron Bay where I was born and raised.
I have a background in realism and in more recent years I've been enjoying exploring colour and abstract painting, hand made signs and murals for commercial businesses such as the Beach Hotel Byron, Hotel Brunswick and The Courthouse Hotel Sydney.
I'm comfortable in a wide range of styles and mediums and am experienced using power tools for vintage finishes, shaping signs and working on scaffolding.
My art is all about the process of healing, evolving and the inevitability of change. I also love to keep things interesting by constantly up skilling and learning new tools and techniques.
Outside of work and painting in my studio, I'm either hanging out with my homeschooled daughter or teaching art workshops to teens.
